This program includes value-added customer benefits administered through Performance Automotive Management, and several of them work on a reimbursement basis. You pay the provider first, keep a clear copy of the paid invoice, then send in a claim with the paperwork attached.
The Exterior Reimbursement Package helps cover qualifying exterior repairs on the registered vehicle, with a maximum of $600 per occurrence, and it can apply to minor dents or dings, headlights, taillights, fog lights, antennas, windshields, side mirrors, or hubcaps. Tire Hazard reimbursement goes up to $600 per occurrence for as many as three claims when a road hazard damages a tire. Emergency Roadside Assistance carries a $1,500 total benefit with up to $100 per occurrence for help such as a flat tire change, a battery jump start, or gasoline delivery. Emergency Travel Expense offers a $2,000 total benefit, paying up to $100 per day for up to three days per claim when a mechanical breakdown leaves the registered vehicle disabled 100 miles or more from home.
Several other benefits in the package cover situations that nobody plans for in advance. Insurance Deductible Reimbursement pays up to $200 toward your comprehensive or collision deductible after a covered accident or loss, and it calls for a police report along with insurance company documentation. Ambulance Service Reimbursement provides a $300 total benefit with up to $100 per occurrence when you or an eligible family member are injured in an accident involving the registered vehicle. Emergency Towing and Lockout Reimbursement each provide a $150 total benefit with up to $50 per occurrence. One-Year Identity Theft Recovery carries a $300 value and pairs eligible members with a recovery advocate who works to restore their name and credit as closely as possible to pre-event status. These reimbursement benefits expire 36 months after the purchase date.
Filing goes smoothly when the paperwork is complete before you send it in. Confirm that the benefit applies to the registered vehicle and the situation, pay the provider directly, and hold onto the paid invoice or receipt. Fill out the claim form card in your packet, attach every required document, including a police report or insurance paperwork when the benefit calls for it, and submit the claim promptly. Final eligibility, reimbursement amounts, deadlines, and exclusions are controlled by the program administrator and dealership policy.
