Friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Toyota is truly a well made automobile.
Ja'quis (JQ) Brooks is a great salesman. He made buying a new car a pleasure. The sales manager was a bit pushy (I clearly stated when I went in that that I was going to buy a car and pay cash. Once we made a deal the sales manager kept pressuring me to finance the car for 3 months. I would not give in. I was going to leave and go elsewhere but he ended up saying he would accept the deal). JQ made the entire ordeal satisfying. I felt that JQ truly cared about me. I bought a new RAV4 XLE Premium and he spent a lot of time going thru all of the features that were new to me. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and has been quick to respond to any follow-up questions that I have had He took the time to take me over and introduce me to the service department. I would give Oxmoor Toyota a 5 star had the sales manager been a little less aggressive.
Very helpful and accommodating. Willing to pull any car we asked and make the payment we needed work. Labid was a great salesman not pushy at all and very nice.
We actually had visited other dealers in town and my husband always walked away because the sales people came at us too aggressively. Josh was awesome to work with and we never felt high pressured at all. My husband was not even sure what style he wanted but he knew he wanted a Toyota. Josh showed us about every style that they had and never rushed us and made sure my husband picked exactly what he wanted. He loves his new 4-Runner Off Road, by the way I do too!!!!!!!!
