As part of routine maintenance of your Toyota, it’s best to follow Toyota’s recommended service intervals for your vehicle. At Oxmoor Toyota, we offer experienced, certified technicians who can keep you on track with the Toyota recommended service intervals. Located in Louisville, KY, we make it easy for St. Mathews, Jeffersontown, Middletown, and Lyndon drivers to keep their vehicles tuned-up. If your Toyota requires any new parts, we carry Toyota OEM parts and accessories at our Toyota parts center. Here is an overview of different Toyota service intervals:
As the first Toyota recommended service interval, at the 5,000-mile service, we will perform tire rotation service and oil change and inspect other auto fluids, brake system, and wiper blades. Regular inspections allow for early detection of any issues with the vehicle.
To keep these systems functioning at their best, every 15,000 miles you should have several systems of your vehicle inspected, including the suspension, tires, exhaust, lights, brakes, and more. We will also perform a tire rotation and oil change service and check if any of the fluids require replenishment.
The 30,000-mile service interval is a critical point in the vehicle’s health, and several systems might require a more comprehensive inspection. In the 30,000 mile service, we will inspect the auto systems included in the 15,000-mile service and a few more. The cooling system, drive shaft, and fuel system will be inspected in this service. We will also lubricate the door hinges and other parts.
In all service intervals, we will continue to follow oil change and filter change service intervals as recommended by Toyota. The inspections performed in the 60,000-mile service will be similar to the 30,000-mile service, but you can expect the inspection to reveal some more wear and tear of the vehicle.
Toyota vehicles are renowned for their longevity, and if you have taken good care of your vehicle, it should continue to be in good condition at the 100,000-mile mark. At the 100,000 miles service, we will continue to perform the regular inspection services such as engine oil, filters, brakes, and other key systems of your Toyota.
