We now offer an opportunity for busy Toyota owners to schedule their vehicle’s service appointments through an online service scheduler. The service scheduler maximizes our customers’ convenience by being available at any time with an internet connection. New customers using the online Toyota service scheduler for the first time need to sign in as a first-time guest and provide some basic vehicle information to ensure service planning and accuracy. When you live a busy life but want to keep your Toyota vehicle operating at its best, we invite you to schedule your vehicle’s maintenance and repairs using the online Toyota service scheduler.
Our customers are invited to schedule any service that their Toyota vehicle might need from scheduled maintenance, individual part repairs, or maintenance packages. The system streamlines the selection process by automatically populating maintenance packages matching the vehicle’s approximate mileage. If you don’t see the service that you’re looking for, there is a general service request area that allows for users to enter a qualitative description of the problem or service request and our knowledgeable service advisor will return the description with a follow-up call.
After providing pertinent vehicle details and logging in as a new customer guest or logging in as a current customer by Email and password, the appointment scheduling process is identical for all users and begins with selecting the appointment’s services from the dropdown options menu. Once the services are chosen for the appointment, users will then select an available appointment day and time from the availability calendar. Users will then provide contact information, including name, address, phone number, etc. The last step includes a final appointment review and confirmation that books your appointment.
